Andrea's Beau is a small, family-run business. Our desire is to foster a business culture that is respectful of our customers, suppliers and team in order to create exquisite products for girls and women in a safe and sustainable manner. We are also committed to responsible environmental practices. We recycle religiously, so forgive us if we ship you a box that has already been used.
SAFETY
Use our products sensibly. If you are a parent, please monitor your child, especially when she is younger, to make sure that she is using our products in a safe manner. Our products come with a warning that small parts may not be suitable for children less than four years of age. Please understand that you are assuming the risk of any unforeseen harm if the product is used in a manner not intended, even by an older child.
CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2008
In August 2008, Congress passed the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. The law that applies to us prohibits all but miniscule amounts of lead and phthalates. We therefore do everything in our power to ensure that our products are safe. We have contacted all of our suppliers of raw material to verify that their materials do not contain the prohibited amounts of either lead or phthalates. Our suppliers have assured us that none of their components contain the prohibited substances.
PRIVACY
We will not sell, rent or provide your personal information to third parties. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your information is one of our most important assets.

RETURNS
Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. In making your selections, please keep in mind that all of our products are made to order with the following conditions:
- Returns are for exchange only.- Returns will not be accepted after ten days after shipment.
- Sale items are not returnable.
