What kind of payments do you accept?We accept all major credit cards and PayPal (international credit cards must be issued by a major bank). If you would like to arrange alternate payment please contact us.
How do I redeem a gift card or promotional code? During the checkout process there will be an appropriate box where you may enter your code. Please note that invalid promotional codes will not be honored. If you believe your code is not functioning properly, please contact us.
Do you do custom orders?Yes, Andrea will consider proposals for custom designs. If we take on the project your item(s) will be subject to a custom design fee which is dependent on the scope of the project, materials required etc.

How long will it take my item to arrive? Items are made to order and may take up to 10 business days to ship. All orders placed after 5PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. US Shipments By default, all items being shipped within the Continental United States are shipped via USPS – First Class Mail and usually arrive 3-4 days from the ship date. Other options, including UPS and FedEx are available for an additional charge. To inquire about special shipping arrangements, please contact us.

RETURNS
Can I return an item?
All of our items are made to order, therefore it is not company policy to accept returns. If you believe there are special circumstances regarding your order you are welcome to contact us. Any authorized returns will be for exchange or store credit only.
Sale items may not be returned.
My item broke, what do I do?
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.

Are Andrea's Beau products safe?
Yes. In August 2008, Congress passed the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. The law prohibits all but miniscule amounts of lead and phthalates. We therefore do everything in our power to ensure that our products are safe. We have contacted all of our suppliers of raw material to verify that their materials do not contain the prohibited amounts of either lead or phthalates. Our suppliers have assured us that none of their components contain the prohibited substances. While we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our products, parents must supervise their children to make sure that our products are not used in an unsafe manner. For example, some of our products are small and could be a choking hazard. We do not ever recommend putting our products in anyone’s mouth.

Important Information Regarding Duties, Customs and VAT
Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, customs and value added taxes. If an order is being shipped outside the continental United States, as a condition of sale, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that title to one’s order transfers upon exportation from the United States and immediately prior to importation of such order at the border of the ship to location and assumes all risk and responsibility for the import clearance, duties, and delivery to final destination. These charges must be paid upon receipt of one’s order. Be sure to verify the additional cost one may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
